Im Zuge der aktuellen Pandemie haben sich Arbeitsformen und Abläufe etabliert, die mit neuen, digitalen Werkzeugen zur Kommunikation (Teams, zoom...) und gemeinsamen Arbeitsplattformen (z.B. miro) unterstützt werden. Die Optionen und Funktionen dieser Tools sind eine zukünftige Möglichkeit unterschiedliche Themen und Arbeitsbereiche in einem internetbasiertem Setting in Gruppen zu bearbeiten. In the course of the current pandemic, work forms and processes have been established that are supported by new, digital tools for communication (teams, zoom...) and shared work platforms (e.g. miro). The options and functions of these tools are a future possibility to work on different topics and work areas in an internet-based setting in groups.
Es geht um eine Plattform zur strukturellen, inhaltlichen und formalen Darstellung von Prozessen zur Beratung im digitalen Raum. Diese ist eine Anwendungsform der systemischen Aufstellung und nutzt die räumliche Veranschaulichung von (inneren) Beziehungsbildern. Im Fokus stehen dabei bedeutsame Konstellationen von Organisationseinheiten untereinander, von Mitarbeitern zueinander, von Mitarbeitern zur jeweiligen Leitung wie auch von Mitarbeitern zu externen Kundenbeziehungen. It is a platform for the structural, content-related and formal representation of processes for counselling in digital space. This is a form of application of systemic constellations and uses the spatial visualisation of (inner) relationship images. The focus is on significant constellations of organisational units among themselves, of staff members to each other, of staff members to the respective management as well as of staff members to external customer relations.
Aufgabe ist es, den normalerweise zur Verfügung stehenden räumlichen Kontext (realer Workshop) mit einer gut verständlichen digitalen Oberfläche (Screen) abzubilden. Als technische Grundlage verwende ich dafür zoom & miro, die eine prozesshafte Vorgehensweise und intuitive Struktur unterstützen. Diese Grundstruktur setzte ich als Template für Organisationsaufstellungen ein. The task is to map the normally available spatial context (real workshop) with an easily understandable digital interface (screen). I use zoom & miro as a technical basis for this, which supports a process-like approach and intuitive structure. I use this basic structure as a template for organisational constellations.
Das Set-up für eine Aufstellung besteht aus einer Person für Moderation und Leitung, sowie jemanden, der als digital Support für die technische Umsetzung, Protokoll und Visualisierung zuständig ist, sodass die Teilnehmenden sich auf das Aufstellungsgeschehen fokussieren können. The set-up for a constellation consists of one person for facilitation and leadership, as well as someone who is responsible as digital support for the technical implementation, protocol and visualisation, so that the participants can focus on the constellation event.
Die Durchführung einer Organisations-Aufstellung dient als Starter eines iterativen Problem-Lösungsprozesses, aus dem Erkenntnisse gezogen werden.
